Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo a las diferentes áreas de la organización, asegurando el adecuado manejo de documentación, coordinación de actividades, seguimiento de procesos y atención oportuna de requerimientos internos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y organización del área.

Requisitos

  • Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones administrativas.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Outlook).
  • Manejo de herramientas colaborativas como Teams.
  • Excelente redacción y comunicación verbal.
  • Capacidad de organización y manejo de múltiples tareas.
  • Atención al detalle y seguimiento.
  • Deseable experiencia en elaboración de informes.
