Solution Architect

Role Overview :

As a Solution Architect specializing in Oracle PLM, you will serve as the primary technical authority for complex product lifecycle management transformations.

You will partner directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance architectural blueprints.

By spearheading the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Agile PLM ecosystems, you will directly influence the efficiency of global product development processes, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge through seamless data integrity and optimized product innovation workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect robust, scalable enterprise solutions by leveraging Oracle Agile PLM to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.

- Lead complex data migration initiatives, ensuring the secure and accurate transition of legacy product data into modernized Oracle environments to maintain operational continuity.

- Design sophisticated integration architectures that bridge PLM systems with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications to create a unified digital thread across the product lifecycle.

- Provide strategic technical leadership during the full software development lifecycle, guiding development teams through complex configurations and custom extensions to meet unique client needs.

- Evaluate emerging technology trends and platform updates to advise leadership on roadmap enhancements that drive continuous improvement and system performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in designing and deploying Oracle Agile PLM solutions within large-scale, multi-site enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to translate high-level business challenges into detailed technical specifications, effectively bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.

- Advanced proficiency in integration architecture, with a focus on building resilient interfaces between PLM and broader enterprise ecosystems.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing high-stakes data migration projects without disrupting core business functions.

- Strong consultative communication skills, enabling you to influence decision-making at the executive level and mentor junior architects in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
