Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and organised Front Office Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently while ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls, emails, and reception activities.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, courier handling, and visitor records.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and HR interview coordination.
• Maintain the reception area and monitor office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Receptionist, Front Desk, or Admin roles.
• Good english communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or CRM tool.
• Professional, punctual, organized, and customer-focused.
