Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Director to lead large-scale integration programs and drive successful delivery outcomes for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong program and delivery management expertise, proven experience managing large distributed teams, and the ability to build trusted customer relationships. While prior experience in the integration domain is preferred, the role primarily focuses on delivery leadership, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and execution excellence.

The Program Delivery Director will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of integration initiatives, achieving customer satisfaction targets, managing program financials, driving operational efficiency across multiple engagements, and overseeing a portfolio of customer programs aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large integration programs, ensuring commitments are met with respect to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Establish and drive program governance frameworks, including status reviews, risk management, executive reporting, and customer steering committee meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related matters.
• Manage program financials, including revenue, margins, forecasting, resource planning, and overall profitability.
• Ensure effective planning and allocation of resources across projects to optimize utilization and delivery outcomes.
• Drive delivery excellence through the implementation of best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational rigor.
• Lead large, geographically distributed teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Partner with solution, architecture, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery execution.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Support account growth initiatives by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
• Partner with account management and sales teams to support renewals, expansion opportunities, and overall customer success.
• Manage a portfolio of programs and engagements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and customer contractual commitments.
• Drive customer satisfaction through predictable delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
• Lead executive governance reviews and provide strategic direction to delivery teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 14+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in program and delivery management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale customer engagements with teams of 100+ professionals.
• Strong track record of successfully delivering programs under Fixed Price, T&M, and Hybrid commercial models.
• Experience managing program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margins, profitability, and cost controls.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting directly with customer leadership and executive teams.
• Experience establishing program governance structures and managing executive-level reviews and steering committees.
• Strong risk, dependency, issue, and escalation management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working within integration-focused programs or enterprise application delivery environments.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and drive delivery excellence across complex customer environments.
• Experience in resource planning, utilization optimization, and delivery organization management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing integration programs involving platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Kong, Workato, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of APIs, system integration, middleware, and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience in delivering cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks, governance models, and delivery best practices.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 14+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in program, delivery, portfolio, or large-scale engagement management roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale customer delivery programs, portfolios, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing delivery organizations with responsibility for business outcomes, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
