At Coforge, we are hiring Salesforce QA Analyst (#006fu00000UQfB7AAL-6) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to understand testing scope and objectives.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios covering functional requirements and edge cases.
• Execute manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and actionable information to development teams.
• Perform regression and impact testing after system changes to ensure existing functionality remains stable.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader, and Salesforce data models.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Salesforce Test Framework, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Salesforce customizations and integrations.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, and sharing models.
• Salesforce-related QA or testing certifications.
