### IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 Expertise
- Deep expertise in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including architecture, cube design, rule development, feeder logic, and optimization.
- Mastery of TurboIntegrator (TI) for ETL, automation, data transformation, and controlled data loading.
- Strong understanding of relational database integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle DB) and SQL fundamentals.
### Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
- Excellent proficiency in creating PAW dashboards, explorations, books, workflows, and guided planning experiences.
- Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly planning and reporting interfaces based on business requirements.
- Familiarity with PAW administration, permissions, and content management.
### Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)
- Strong expertise in building PAfE-based exploration views, Quick Reports, Flex Views, and MDX-driven queries.
- Experience developing scalable, dynamic Excel planning templates and reports.
- Knowledge of Perspectives-to-PAfE migration principles is an advantage.
- VBA knowledge is highly desirable for process and workbook automation.
