Position: HR Executive

Location: Hyderabad, India

Primary Responsibilities:

• Employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit management)
• Employee engagement initiatives and employee well-being activities
• Leave and attendance tracking
• Payroll inputs and coordination
• Benefits administration and processing
• Administration and travel coordination
• HR documentation, policies, and compliance management
• Managing miscellaneous office operations and employee experience initiatives

Required Skills:

• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of activities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Administration.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• This will be work-from-office role.
