Senior Software Engineer – Integrations & Enrich

About the Role  

As a Senior Software Engineer within the Integrations & Enrich domain, you will build the capabilities that connect Cognism with customers' technology ecosystems. Your work will focus on CRM integrations, enrichment workflows, synchronization services and customer-facing data experiences. You will help enterprise customers seamlessly move trusted Cognism data into platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and other business applications. 

What You'll Do  

• Design and develop backend services supporting CRM integrations and enrichment workflows

• Build scalable APIs enabling secure data exchange between Cognismand customer platforms

• Own software throughout its lifecycle, from design through production operations

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, Data Engineering and Platform teams

• Improve integration reliability, synchronization performanceand customer experience

• Write high-quality automated tests and participatein code reviews

• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practices

• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery and quality

Technology Environment  

• Cloud-native backend services running on AWS

• REST APIs and event-driven microservices

• CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpotand similar ecosystems)

• Kafka and asynchronous messaging

• SQL / NoSQL databases 

• Modern CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

What Success Looks Like  

• Reliable customer integrations with measurable improvements in stability and performance

• High-quality enrichment services supportingenterprise customers

• Production ownership with rapid issue resolution

• Reusable engineering components adopted across multiple product teams

• Continuous improvements in customer experience and engineering quality 

Required Experience  

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong backend engineering skills using Java, Scala, Kotlin, C# or modern TypeScript/Node.js

• Experience building APIs and system integrations

• Knowledge of distributed systems and asynchronous processing

• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform

• Understanding of CI/CD, automated testingand production support

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Nice to Have  

• Experience integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM platforms

• Knowledge of event streaming using Kafka

• Experience with ETL or data enrichment pipelines

• Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes

• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot
