We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Databricks Developer with Cognizant; if you are an aspirant for matching the below criteria, apply with us immediately. We seek an experienced Databricks Developer with expertise in Delta Live Tables (DLT), PySpark, and SQL. You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows on Databricks.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize DLT pipelines for batch and streaming data, write efficient PySpark code for transformations, develop SQL queries for analytics, and implement data quality monitoring.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 5.5 to 9 years.
  • 4+ years with Databricks/Spark, advanced PySpark and SQL proficiency, hands-on DLT pipeline experience, knowledge of Delta Lake and medallion architecture, cloud platform familiarity (Azure/AWS), and strong debugging skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication required.
