Job Summary

Drive complex Hana implementation and upgradation programs and S4HANA project portfolio management initiatives for global industrial manufacturing clients in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities

• Lead end to end Hana implementation and upgradation programs by defining scope objectives and measurable outcomes that align with enterprise digital transformation priorities and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Oversee integrated S4HANA project portfolio management activities by orchestrating multiple projects balancing resources and ensuring that dependencies are managed to achieve on time and within budget delivery.
• Provide structured program governance by establishing clear operating rhythms decision forums and progress reviews that give senior stakeholders transparent insight into risks issues and milestones.
• Drive standardized delivery methodologies and templates for Hana and S4HANA initiatives by promoting consistent practices that improve quality predictability and reuse across the program portfolio.
