ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs Inspection, troubleshooting, dis-assembly/assembly, repair and bench test of Cohu SEG RMA product and its modules.

  • Operate multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, current probes, thermometers, and special test equipment.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of job assignments as directed by his superiors.

  • Provide real time escalation of test issues that may impact completion of task.

  • Supports Test Engineering initiatives on Lean and other continuous improvement activities.

  • Maintains the safekeeping of all test tools and equipment in Test area.

  • Responsible for maintaining daily status logs and reports.

  • Perform tasks in accordance with established quality and safety standards.

  • Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 2 years vocational/technology course in Electronics, Electrical, Electro-mechanics, Mechanical, or equivalent.

Experience :

Minimum of 1-year relevant experience preferably in a Semiconductor/ Electronics company or equivalent.
