ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports Machine Shop process, and other processes for complex and non-complex products, visual and dimension checking to meet the quality of debur material based on engineering drawing using deburring tools and measuring instrument.
Conducts quality inspection of machined parts to meet FI target rejection rate against the drawing using measuring instruments such as Caliper, Micrometer, Drop Gauge, etc.
Repairs/reworks non-critical products or open tolerance specifications to salvage the material to its minimum cost and minimize lead time as well as to meet OTD using the rework instruction and drawing.
Supports Machining to minimize non-productive time by giving assistance in set up, loading of product in machine and other sub process required to product.
Participates/cooperates in formulating new rules and procedures to improve production effectiveness to support management direction goals and objectives.
Maintains a level of performance as required by his/her position level.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Vocational course graduate preferably Mechanical Technology or any other related course.
Experience :
Preferably at least one (1) year of experience in a machine shop or in manufacturing operation.
Familiar with reading blueprints/ Engineering drawings and understands basic Geometric Terms.
A plus if with working knowledge of Machining and operation gained from work experience.
