Director of Operations Projects

Manages Program Teams for Cantilever contactors, Spring probe contactors, Interconnect group and test handler kits and Spares, working hand-in-hand with management team and functional groups.

Provides leadership and mentors product team members towards achievement of career goals and improve performance

Establishes, drives and maintains KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for Top Management meeting presentations.

Develops the framework, tracks, and sustains process improvements and progress using data analytics and operational tools.

Ensures processes are in place to alert corporate Management of potential or actual risk in order fulfilments.

Collaborates with Supply Chains leaders, Supplier Development and strategic sourcing and procurements team to support the shipment targets.

Works with Design Engineering leaders across Business units and manufacturability of the products collaboratively working with manufacturing heads and for product sustainability and live productions runs.

Actively participates in supporting the company’s quality policy according to corporate standards, lead a culture of Zero defects standard, deploy the required tools (8D, FMEA, Control plans, OCAL, DMAIC) and data analysis within cross functional team in achieving committed results.

Ability to stand in as factory leader and drive continual improvement in all areas of business. Shows the ability to develop into Operations leadership role.

Has the drive to work across all disciplines to develop the team, systems, processes towards world class standards. Working hand in hand with the Managing Director to deliver best in class service to the business and our customer.
