We're looking for a Senior Engineer ready to own architecture decisions, not just execute tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable microservices in Java and Spring Boot real system design, not boilerplate CRUD.
  • Drive REST API design across MongoDB and PostgreSQL at scale.
  • Lead frontend architecture in React JS component strategy, state, and performance.
  • Set technical direction alongside product, QA, and DevOps; your call carries weight.
  • Mentor the team and raise the engineering bar.
  • Own production stability end-to-end.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years building production systems in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
  • Deep hands-on experience with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL, not just listed but lived.
  • Strong grasp of microservices architecture and system design.
  • A track record of owning modules end-to-end.
  • Comfort in a small, high-ownership team with direct founder access.
