Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Java Spring Boot con experiencia en diseño e implementación de APIs y sistemas distribuidos para participar en la construcción de nuevos canales para productos del sector asegurador. El rol estará enfocado en el desarrollo de soluciones escalables basadas en microservicios, siguiendo un enfoque API-first y alineado con arquitectura corporativa. Tendrá un impacto directo en la creación de nuevos productos digitales, garantizando calidad, observabilidad y seguridad desde el diseño.

Habilidades requeridas

  • Experiencia de al menos 4-5 años en desarrollo backend con Java y Spring Boot en entornos de microservicios.
  • Experiencia demostrable en diseño e implementación de APIs REST bajo estándar OpenAPI 3.x.
  • Conocimiento y práctica en arquitecturas distribuidas y comunicación asíncrona, especialmente con Kafka.
  • Experiencia en implementación de mecanismos de autenticación y autorización con OAuth 2.0.
  • Experiencia en testing: unitario, integración y contract testing (Consumer-Driven Contracts).
  • Conocimientos en observabilidad con herramientas como Dynatrace (métricas, logs, trazas).
  • Experiencia en entornos con arquitecturas corporativas y estándares definidos.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar BFFs y servicios backend en Java/Spring Boot para nuevos productos.
  • Definir y desarrollar contratos de API siguiendo un enfoque API-first con OpenAPI 3.x.
  • Diseñar e implementar flujos de comunicación asíncrona mediante Kafka.
  • Integrar mecanismos de seguridad utilizando OAuth 2.0 en APIs y servicios.
  • Asegurar la calidad del software mediante testing automatizado en sus diferentes niveles.
  • Implementar la instrumentación completa de servicios (métricas, logs, trazas) y definir SLOs.
  • Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer mejoras en rendimiento, escalabilidad y diseño.
