- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on-site, coordinate prompt emergency repairs during power outages or component failures to ensure smooth transitions to backup power.
- Data Log & Reporting: Maintain highly accurate service records, log entries for all completed repairs, track runtime hours, and document inspection results. This includes yearly reporting to the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and facilities maintenance teams during integrated system tests, upgrades, and emergency response drills.
- Safety & Compliance: Execute all maintenance work in strict compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and internal data center safety policies. Adhere to all process requirements, operating/emission limitations, notifications, and reporting required by the DEQ.
- Operational Agility: Partner with cross-functional infrastructure teams and execute additional mechanical, electrical, or facilities tasks assigned to support overall uptime and changing site priorities.
What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)
