Profil stanowiska:

  • Doświadczenie: Minimum 3 lata pracy komercyjnej jako DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer, w tym co najmniej 2 lata z Kubernetes w środowisku produkcyjnym

  • Ekspercka wiedza Cloud: Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku multi-cloud (AWS oraz GCP lub Azure)

  • Stack Techniczny: Biegłość w technologiach: Docker, Helm, Terraform/IaC, GitLab CI/CD, nginx, PostgreSQL oraz MS SQL

  • Systemy i Skryptowanie: Bardzo dobra znajomość Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) oraz biegłość w Bash/Python/Shell Scripting

  • Metodyka: Doświadczenie w pracy w Agile/Scrum oraz utrzymywaniu systemów o wysokiej dostępności (HA/SLA)

  • Wykształcenie: Preferowane wyższe techniczne (Informatyka i pokrewne) lub udokumentowane sukcesy zawodowe

  • Języki: Język polski (min. C1) oraz angielski (min. B2) - swobodne czytanie dokumentacji i komunikacja techniczna to podstawa

  • Mile widziane: Certyfikaty (CKA/CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, HashiCorp Terraform) oraz znajomość narzędzi takich jak ArgoCD, Prometheus/Grafana czy OpenTelemetry

Twoje zadania:

  • Budowa platformy od zera: Projektowanie architektury multi-cloud i infrastruktury jako kodu (IaC) oraz zarządzanie produkcyjnymi klastrami Kubernetes

  • AI-native Operations: Integracja narzędzi AI (np. Claude Code) w workflow zespołu, wdrażanie praktyk AIOps i budowa pipeline'ów wspierających deployment modeli AI.

  • Automatyzacja CI/CD & GitOps: Tworzenie zaawansowanych pipeline'ów w GitLab CI oraz wdrażanie podejścia GitOps (ArgoCD)

  • Bezpieczeństwo (DevSecOps): Wdrażanie zasady security-by-design, zarządzanie sekretami (Vault) i skanowanie podatności

  • Observability: Implementacja pełnego stacka monitoringu (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) oraz definiowanie standardów SLO/SLI

  • Współpraca i Mentoring: Wspieranie deweloperów w konteneryzacji, udział w decyzjach architektonicznych i dzielenie się wiedzą
