Job Summary

The Retail Service Consultant 3 (RSC 3) is an experienced retail expert responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience while driving sales performance, providing peer mentorship, and modeling operational excellence. RSC 3 employees serve as trusted product specialists, culture carriers, and team collaborators who support customer engagement, elevate store performance, and help newer team members build capability. RSC 3 team members demonstrate advanced product knowledge, strong consultative selling skills, and serve as subject-matter resources for customer experience, retail operations, and Comcast’s full product suite.

· Serve as a passionate ambassador for Comcast products and services by delivering compelling demonstrations and consultative selling experiences.

· Take a proactive, customer-first approach in every interaction by listening attentively and tailoring solutions.

· Drive sales performance by consistently achieving experience-related behaviors and meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

· Help customers make informed decisions and feel confident in their purchases.

Product Expertise & Service

· Provide knowledgeable product support to ensure customers understand and use Comcast solutions effectively.

· Stay current on new products, promotions, and service enhancements.

· Proactively retain customers by resolving concerns and identifying opportunities to increase product value.

· Execute a variety of interactions including processing payments, exchanges, equipment transactions, and service fulfillment.

Team Support & Ambassadorship

Professionalism & Team Collaboration

· Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a positive demeanor in all customer and team interactions.

· Collaborate with peers to share best practices, support team goals, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Mentorship & Support

· Provide frequent peer mentorship to new employees to help establish skills, confidence, and service excellence.

· Act as a resource on the floor for product knowledge and system/tool questions.

Training & Compliance

· Maintain expert-level knowledge of Comcast’s full product suite and competitive positioning.

· consistently execute training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and NPS routines.

· Serve as the store subject-matter expert for all new go-to-market strategies.

Compensation

Base Pay: $19.50Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $28.63Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
