Accounting Manager

Job Objective:
To manage and supervise all accounting and financial activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily accounting operations.
- Review journal entries, accounts, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review periodic financial statements and reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and payments.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor taxes, social insurance, and other financial obligations in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Review expenses and revenues and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Lead the accounting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely monthly and annual closing of accounts.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Minimum10years of accounting experience, preferably with previous supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax laws and regulations.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
