The Finance Coordinator will support the club’s financial operations by assisting with budgeting, fund allocation, reimbursements, and other financial tasks throughout the year.

Time Commitment

    3-5 hrs/week

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing expenses and keeping spending within the set budget
  • Help process reimbursements
  • Assist with identifying and applying for grants and sponsorships
  • Support financial planning and fund allocation for events and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Previous finance experience is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable building and maintaining relationships
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
