Your tasks
- Developing, training, and tune machine learning models;
- Working with data engineers to build robust data pipelines;
- Deploying models into production environments or prototypes;
- Ensuring models are reproducible and well-documented;
- Selecting appropriate algorithms for specific business challenges;
- Performing cross-validation and back-testing of models;
- Adhering to ethical AI guidelines and data governance policies;
- Explaining model results to business users;
- Mentoring junior scientists on advanced techniques;
- Supporting the team in achieving its goals.
Your Profile
- Experience with Phyton;
- Knowledge of various machine learning methods (e.g. trees, ensembles, neural networks, clustering, Splunk);
- Good knowledge of Data analysis;
- Understand SQL for data analysis and database optimalization;
- Experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) will be considered as advantage;
- High analytical thinking with attention to details and problem-solving attitude;
- Customer orientation and proactive and ownership attitude to deliver results on time and with highest quality;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- High flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment;
- Good team player with high ability to work in international teams;
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
- German language knowledge - both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
