Branch Manager - Eden (Fixed Contract to 26.11.27)

You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches!

What is a Multi-Channel Branch?

· Between 9:30 - 1.00pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.

· After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

As Branch Manager in Eden Branch you'll be passionate about leading your team to deliver exceptional service to our diverse range of customers. Using your expertise in motivation, you'll coach your team in offering a range of lending, deposit and wealth management products and services to both new and existing customers.
