Following a transformation of CommBiz Mobile, you’ll have an opportunity to build on strong foundations and expand what our corporate customers can do in mobile.

As Product Lead in CommBiz Mobile, you’ll define and evolve product strategy for a dedicated squad focussing on exceptional new experiences, translating customer insight and market opportunity into clear priorities, an outcome-driven roadmap and measurable results.

You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering and specialist teams to make high-quality product decisions across customer value, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility, risk and operational impact.

In this role, you will:

• Own and evolve product vision and strategy through customer insight, market understanding and evidence-based decision making.

• Translate strategy into an outcome-driven roadmap focused on the highest-value opportunities for customers and the business.

• Lead product discovery and problem definition, spending time with customers to understand their needs, behaviours and pain points.

• Use experimentation, data and feedback to test assumptions, reduce uncertainty and improve outcomes.

• Prioritise confidently by balancing customer, commercial, technical, operational, risk and regulatory considerations.

• Partner closely with Design and Engineering to make thoughtful trade-offs and create shared accountability for outcomes.

• Manage product performance and lifecycle end-to-end, continuously improving experiences after launch.

• Embed risk, controls and governance throughout discovery, delivery and optimisation.

You’ll be a customer-obsessed product leader who combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ambiguity into action. You’ll be comfortable setting direction, getting close to customers and working with a cross-functional squad to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Bring strong product leadership experience across strategy, discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritisation and lifecycle management.

• Have strong judgement and can make evidence-based decisions across competing customer, commercial, technical and risk perspectives.

• Bring a strong experimentation mindset and use customer research, testing and data to improve decisions.

• Have a high level of ownership and initiative, with a track record of moving from problem definition to action.

• Build strong partnerships with Design, Engineering and specialist teams.

• Can influence stakeholders with credibility and bring people together around clear priorities.

• Are comfortable balancing innovation and speed with the responsibilities of operating in a regulated environment.

• Bring curiosity about technology and AI and how they can be used to create better customer experiences.

Experience in banking or Transaction Banking isn’t required. Experience working in or closely with a corporate finance or treasury team would be valuable.
