- 协助自动化工程师进行新机器和工具原型验证。
- 为新工艺和自动化机器制定工作流程。
- 参与自动化机器的设计评审。
- 协助收集成本明细，以分析新工艺和自动化机器的财务绩效。
- 对自动化项目进行技术，财务等可行性分析。
- 负责自动化设备开发，制造，交付以及售后服务的全流程管理，管理自动化设备的开发过程技术文档，对全球各工厂提供有效的技术支持和培训。
任职要求：
- 光纤、光学，光电，物理等相关专业统招本科及以上学历。
- 通过CET-6考试，英语读写能力优秀。
- 熟悉Minitab软件。
- 熟悉各种单纤和多纤连接器端接工艺。
- 熟悉光纤端接设备，例如研磨机、干涉仪、光学测试仪等。
- 熟悉光纤连接器的IEC和GR测试程序。
- 具备较强的光纤连接器故障分析能力和经验。
- 8年以上光纤光缆跳线，线束制造行业经验。
- 自我激励，责任心强，为人正直。
- 工作态度积极，沟通能力强，具有团队合作精神。
- 中英文沟通和表达能力良好，与欧美同事能独立沟通和开展工作。
- 持有精益六西格玛黑带或绿带认证者优先考虑。
