  • Управление и координация работы распределенной командой отдела.
  • Наставничество. Постановка и контроль выполнения задач.
  • Организация эффективной работы системных администраторов и специалистов технической поддержки.
  • Развитие и поддержания в актуальном состоянии IT-инфраструктуры компании.
  • Участие в планировании бюджета IT-инфраструктуры и оптимизация затрат.
  • Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями компании для решения технических вопросов и поддержки бизнес-процессов.
  • Разработка и внедрение документации, регламентов и стандартов работы отдела.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование;
  • Опыт работы системным администратором не менее 5 лет, в должности руководителя отдела/группы от 2х лет.
  • Глубокие знания Linux и Windows, серверных технологий, сетевых протоколов (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Опыт работы с системами виртуализации, с системами мониторинга.
  • Лидерские качества, умение управлять командой и эффективно распределять задачи.

Условия:

  • Официальное оформление согласно ТК РФ;
  • Прозрачная отплата труда, зарплатный проект;
  • График работы: 5/2, с 09:00 до 18:00 (офис);
