Job Description:

Carry out planned maintenance on plant machinery and production equipment
Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns
Perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns
Execute repairs on mechanical and basic electrical systems
Assist in maintaining equipment performance and operational reliability
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records
Support production teams by ensuring machinery remains available and operational
Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the maintenance department
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical maintenance experience
Basic electrical fault-finding and wiring experience
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical control circuits
Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience working on production machinery and equipment
Ability to respond effectively to urgent breakdown situations
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Good understanding of health and safety principles

Qualification:

Trade qualification as a Millwright
