Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager

Job Description:

• Lead the planning, coordination and management of multi-disciplinary projects and programmes
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project delivery
• Procure, coordinate and manage sub-consultants and external service providers
• Monitor project progress, quality, budgets and deliverables
• Compile feasibility studies, design reports and tender adjudication documentation
• Support tender submissions and identify opportunities for business development
• Implement and maintain effective site and project quality management processes
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the design and/or management of transportation or multi-disciplinary projects
• At least 5 years’ post-professional registration experience
• Proven experience in project and programme management
• Strong client liaison and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience managing sub-consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong report writing, planning, coordination and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness with exposure to tenders and business development
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
• Valid driver's licence

Qualification:

BEng / BSc in Civil Engineering

Professional registration as a PrEng or PrCPM

PMP certification/registration would be advantageous
