Ligpos Employment Agency is hiring! We are seeking a dynamic, strong, and Afrikaans-speaking Restaurant General Manager to serve as 2IC alongside the owner at a thriving, community-focused restaurant.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in restaurant management / general management.

  • Advanced hands-on experience with the Pilot POS system is essential.

  • Strong bilingual skills (Afrikaans and English).

  • Ability to seamlessly interact with a diverse clientele - from professionals/doctors to bikers.

  • Alignment with a family-oriented, faith-based community culture.

  • Strong leadership personality to guide, manage, and motivate staff effectively.
