Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage reporting to group and holding company stakeholders
  • Compile management accounts, divisional reporting packs, and executive reports
  • Present financial results and insights to senior management
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity reporting
  • Oversee financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures
  • Coordinate BBBEE reporting and statutory submissions
  • Report on operational KPIs and business performance metrics
  • Support senior finance leadership with strategic decision-making and financial analysis
Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • CA(SA) qualification (essential)
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar reporting-focused finance role
  • Strong financial reporting and consolidations experience
  • Proven ability to prepare management packs and executive-level presentations
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience advantageous
