What you’ll do…
- Commission Calculations
- Calculate and validate sales commission payments accurately and on time.
- Review commission data to ensure compliance with company policies and compensation plans.
- Data Analysis
- Analyze sales and commission data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Verify the accuracy of sales reports and supporting data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve commission-related queries and issues.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of commissions.
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular commission reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Communicate key findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline commission processes and reporting.
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives using Excel and other tools.
- Ownership & Accountability
- Develop a strong understanding of commission plans, calculations, and reporting processes.
- Take ownership of assigned processes and proactively resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
- Deadline Management
- Manage multiple tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain required inputs and keep activities on track.
- Proactively identify risks to deadlines and implement solutions to meet commitments.
Who you are..
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
