Sr. Product Data Analyst

The Role

We’re looking for aSenior Product Data Analyst to be a strategic partner to our product teams and make sure data sits at the core of how we make decisions. In this role, you’ll lead data-driven initiatives, design scalable experimentation frameworks, and champion the Continuous Discovery Habitsphilosophy across Product, Engineering, and Design.

You’ll hold teams accountable to product metrics, assumption testing, and experimentation best practices while mentoring other analysts and influencing roadmaps through clear, compelling storytelling with data. This role blends analytical depth, experimentation strategy, and cross-functional leadershipin a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Location:This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.

What You'll Do

• Lead continuous discovery effortsby guiding PMs in defining and measuring success metrics, running assumption tests, and building iterative learning into how they work
• Design robust experimentation frameworks, evaluate experiment results, and iterate on key hypotheses
• Build scalable product analytics frameworksthat standardize how teams make data-driven decisions
• Enable self-service analyticsby improving access to data through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda so teams can explore product insights independently
• Mentor junior analystson statistical methodology, experimentation best practices, and storytelling with data
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipregularly to influence product roadmaps
• Champion best practicesfor both Product Managers and internal data teams around data-driven decision making, experimentation, data governance, and standardization
• Leverage SQL, dbt, and Snowplowto transform, and analyze product data
• Connect data insights to broader business strategyand communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and data-driven learningacross Product and Engineering teams

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experiencein product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, and Secoda(or equivalent tools)
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, and experiment design
• Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and data visualization
• Experience designing and implementing analytics frameworksfor scalable decision-making
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence product teams and executives through insights and strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in storytelling with dataand translating insights into strategy
• Prior experience in SaaS or fast-growing tech environmentspreferred
• Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment
• Passion for fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven learning
• A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
• A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $130,000-$140,000  per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
