Join our Transaction Journey (TJ) organization as a Front End Software Engineer. You will leverage your frontend web expertise to build impactful products that streamline the process of buying and selling homes. Your responsibilities will include developing core frontend components, driving quality and testing, enhancing operational excellence, delivering features end-to-end, acting as a component subject matter expert, and collaborating in agile workflows. You should have a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience with React and NodeJS, and a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Missions
- Contribuer à la conception et au développement d'une plateforme de gestion des transactions collaborative, en mettant l'accent sur les produits clés tels que les formulaires de transaction et l'eSignature.
- Développer des composants Frontend essentiels, en contribuant au développement de l'interface utilisateur à l'aide de frameworks modernes tels que React, en mettant en œuvre et en maintenant les composants Frontend.

Profil recherché

- Dedication to software testing best practices using tools such as Cypress and Jest
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience with React and NodeJS
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and implementation trade-offs
- 2-4 years of software engineering experience developing well-tested, high-performance applications
- Practical experience or strong interest in using AI-assisted development tools (like ClaudeCode or GitHub Copilot) in real delivery environments
- A collaborative mindset with a track record of independent execution on straightforward technical problems and an eagerness to seek guidance when facing ambiguity
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS/cloud technologies, event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka), and modern CI/CD tooling is a strong plus
- Nice to have: Experience with backend programming experience using languages such as Java, Golang, or Python
- A sheer eye for design and attention to detail, the products you build should not merely be functional but should take in context and anticipate our customer’s needs in a beautiful way
- 2+ years of experience with Typescript, Javascript, and HTML/CSS
