About the Internship
Join our Learning & Development team for a hands-on internship focused on data analysis, project planning, and employee development. You’ll contribute to projects that support leadership growth, strengthen the intern experience, and bring engaging learning opportunities to life.

Internship Details
- Schedule: Internship schedules are typically arranged around academic availability and business needs. Students should be prepared to complete approximately 120 hours during the internship period, with final schedule details coordinated with the supervisor.
- Location: Internship is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY
- Program dates: Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027
- Compensation: $17.30 per hour
College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or surrounding areas (Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027). Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and organize leadership development data to support planning and decision-making.
- Help plan and coordinate iGrow Week programming, including Lunch & Learn sessions.
- Coordinate an intern employee resource group and help create opportunities for interns to connect.
- Organize KXP pages and learning resources so information is easy to find and use.
- Support intern meet-and-greets and other engagement activities.
- Assist with Learning & Development projects, communications, and event coordination.
- Participate in cross-functional opportunities by supporting projects from other teams when additional help is needed.

Preferred Fields of Study
Students pursuing education, sociology, psychology, business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related field are encouraged to apply. We also welcome candidates from other academic backgrounds who can demonstrate relevant interests and skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle information thoughtfully and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
