Job Summary

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, this is a working assistant manager position which supports a team of receptionists to deliver a high level of customer service at a large financial establishment. The Assistant Guest Services Manager will assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the Reception Team supporting the Guest Services Manager and Front of House Managers. The Guest Services Deputy will lead by example and display an energetic, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• · Provide a consistent high-level service in all areas to ensure guest satisfaction KPIs are achieved:

  o Recruit, train and mentor staff to deliver Platinum Service in every guest interaction.

  o Adjust and make recommendations to processes when areas are not meeting standards.

  o Ensure staff are engaged and involved in individual and team building programs.

  · Assist with the development of training materials to best support the success of the Reception Services Team and consistently revisit guides, manuals and training procedures.

  · Develop goals and objectives with Guest Services Manager for the Front of House Reception Team annually.

  · Complete monthly internal audits on guest service functions to ensure client specific standards are being met.

  · Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports and submits on a timely basis.

  · Provide support to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures display current information.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing reception teams.

· A genuine sense of providing 5-star service to both the internal and external clients with the delivery of the reception services.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
