Software Engineer (Mobile, iOS)

Join Compass as an iOS Engineer and help build a mobile platform that enhances the home buying and selling experience. You will work closely with other engineers, product, and design teams to contribute to team design, scoping, and prioritization discussions. You will independently build components and deliver features while ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with other engineers to push the platform forward and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

Missions

• Contribuer à la conception, à la définition et à la priorisation des fonctionnalités en collaboration avec les autres ingénieurs et les équipes Produit et Design.
• Construire de manière indépendante des composants et livrer des fonctionnalités, en veillant à ce que notre mise en œuvre respecte les meilleures pratiques en matière d'ingénierie logicielle.
• Participer aux revues de code, aux revues de conception en équipe et écrire des tests de haute qualité.

Profil recherché

- BS in CS or equivalent practical experience

- Experience integrating with RESTful backend services

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies

- Ability to collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders to implement solutions which surprise and delight our customers

- A keen eye for design and attention to detail. The products you build should not merely be functional but should also be well-crafted and user-friendly

- Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices
