What you'll own
You'll define and lead the global Marketing Operations strategy, ensuring every region operates with the same high standards while enabling local teams to move with speed and confidence.
Your remit will span:
- Defining the global Marketing Operations vision, strategy and operating model that supports ambitious international growth
- Building the planning and operating rhythms that connect global strategy with regional execution
- Creating world-class marketing analytics, performance reporting and executive insight that influence business decisions at every level
- Developing sophisticated attribution and measurement frameworks that connect marketing investment directly to pipeline, revenue and long-term customer value
- Owning global marketing planning, forecasting and budget management, ensuring investment is aligned to commercial priorities
- Leading the evolution of our global marketing technology ecosystem, creating a scalable, integrated platform that enables growth across every market
- Driving the adoption of AI across Marketing Operations, identifying practical applications that improve productivity, decision-making, campaign effectiveness and customer experience
- Establishing global standards for operational excellence, governance, process design and data quality
- Partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Product and executive leadership to create a world-class global go-to-market operating model
- Embedding a culture of experimentation, measurement and continuous optimisation across every marketing team worldwide

Who you are
You're already operating at a senior level within Marketing Operations and have helped scale high-growth B2B SaaS businesses through operational excellence.
You think globally while executing pragmatically. You're commercially minded, deeply analytical and comfortable moving between board-level strategy discussions and the technical detail of marketing systems, attribution models or AI-enabled workflows.
You'll likely bring:
- Significant leadership experience within Marketing Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Experience designing and leading global Marketing Operations functions across multiple regions and markets
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy, operations, analytics, attribution, planning, forecasting and performance management
- Strong commercial judgement with a proven ability to influence executive decision-making through insight and data
- Experience owning substantial global marketing budgets and investment planning
- A track record of building, developing and leading exceptional international teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation
- Extensive experience with modern marketing technology, CRM platforms, automation, data architecture and operational design
- Practical experience identifying and implementing AI capabilities that deliver measurable business impact
- Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior executives across a global organisation
- High standards, intellectual curiosity and a relentless focus on continuous improvement
