About the Role

In this role, you will

• Own features from design to deploy - frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (Node/TypeScript) and database (Postgres)

• Integrate with agent and retrieval APIs to deliver seamless product experiences

• Instrument products, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly with design and PM

• Make pragmatic trade-offs and thrive in ambiguous 0→1 product spaces

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users and teammates to define and solve the right problems

• Backend: TypeScript, Kotlin, Node.js

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind

• Databases: Postgres, Redis

• Cloud infra: GCP/Kubernetes/Terraform

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience with frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (Node/TypeScript) and database (Postgres)

• Experience with end-to-end ownership of delivering features for our customers

Other qualifications:

• Experience shipping customer-facing value quickly in small teams - owning everything from problem definition through UX, API, and instrumentation.

• Experience working end-to-end to deliver features that delight users and move the needle for our customers.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
