About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our growing Professional Services, Oversees and manage implementation teams and create a collaborative environment and equip your teams for success in order to help organize and prioritize work assignments, assist on client calls when needed, develop and update processes, and help manage escalated clients. A successful candidate helps ensure metrics are accurate, follow up on areas needing improvement, deep into the details and celebrate team wins. This role is one of an emerging people leader in a fast growing unit. You will gain experience working with HiredScore global teams, development and product teams, client success teams, and our client’s senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
Lead teams of Implementation Managers and Individuals Technical Consultants, while acting as a Subject matter expert on HiredScore products implementation and processes
Oversee all aspects of team building, including hiring, training, mentorship, and professional development
Coach and mentor team leads and team members to optimize performance, facilitate career growth, and support personal development
Provide comprehensive team guidance encompassing daily operations, client interactions, and on-demand client calls, serving as the primary escalation point for all issues
Drive application development scrum teams to deliver customers features and innovations
Understand clients' needs, and current workflows and design HiredScore implementation plan to address those needs, and offer creative solutions to implementations
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition of accounts from sales to launch, training, post-launch, and adoption
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers

About You
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a team lead of Technical Project Manager/ Implementation Manager/ Professional Services Manager
2+ years of experience managing managers
3+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale, external global client-facing B2B SaaS deployments for enterprise clients, specifically within professional services, consulting, or functional implementation
Team player with the ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch
Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity
Ability to work effectively across both technical and business stakeholders, creating clarity for partners and internal teams even when priorities or requirements are evolving
The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts
Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues and address escalations
Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure
Process-focused, with strong problem-solving ability - always looking for better ways to achieve a goal
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
Affinity for technology and deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle
Experience in a high-growth company.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
Other Qualifications:
- A good understanding of current IT standards, applications, User Acceptance Testing, and trends - preferred
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with ticket and knowledge management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
