We are currently looking to hire anIntelligence Manager  to join our team with our client! This is a remote position.

This is a full time remote position, working Monday - Friday during business hours, with flexibility in scheduling to ensure that after hour events and weekends are covered based on operational need.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Intelligence Manager is responsible for day-to-day leadership of intelligence production and operations, ensuring timely, high-quality analytic outputs that support executive protection, business continuity, and strategic decision-making. Manages delivery of forward-looking assessments of safety, security, and reputational risks to the Principal, family members, residences, travel, assets, and operational footprint. The role translates the Director of Intelligence’s strategic priorities into executable workflows, manages analysts and vendors, and serves as the primary integrator across security, GSOC, and business stakeholders.

This position emphasizes operational leadership, analytic rigor, and cross-functional execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Intelligence Management & Production

• Lead daily and weekly intelligence production aligned to priorities set by the Director of Intelligence.
• Oversee development of threat assessments, travel risk assessments, strategic briefs, and executive-level intelligence products.
• Ensure analytic standards, sourcing discipline, and confidence judgments are consistently applied.
• Maintain escalation thresholds and ensure timely notification of elevated risks to the Director.

Team Leadership & Workflow Execution

• Manage intelligence analysts and contractors, including tasking, quality control, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Translate strategic direction into collection plans, analytic lines of effort, and production schedules.
• Coordinate surge support during incidents, crises, or high-risk travel/events.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Integration

• Brief internal stakeholders as delegated by the Director; support executive briefings with analysis and talking points.
• Ensure intelligence outputs are decision-useful, clearly scoped, and aligned with stakeholder needs.

Threat Monitoring & Incident Support

• Oversee real-time monitoring of geopolitical, protest, insider threat, reputational, and physical security risks.
• Support incident response with rapid assessments, actor profiling, and intent/capability analysis.
• Maintain intelligence playbooks for protests, executive threats, travel disruptions, and geopolitical escalation.

Tools, Vendors & Capabilities

• Operate and optimize OSINT, threat intelligence, and monitoring platforms (e.g., social, dark web, GEOINT).
• Manage vendor relationships and performance in coordination with the Director.
• Identify capability gaps and propose enhancements, pilots, or process improvements.

Governance, Reporting & Metrics

• Track intelligence outputs, SLA performance, and emerging risk themes.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual intelligence reporting led by the Director.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and intelligence governance standards.

Decision Authority (Manager-Level)

• • Tasking and prioritization of analysts within Director-defined priorities.
  • Operational decisions related to intelligence production, escalation, and coordination.
  • Recommendations (not final approval) on threat posture changes, resource needs, and capability investments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to legally work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 5-7 years of experience in intelligence, security analysis, protective intelligence, or risk analysis, risk consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing analysts and intelligence workflows.
• Strong analytic writing and briefing skills for executive and business audiences.
• Deep familiarity with geopolitical risk, threat actor assessment, and executive protection support.
• Experience working in or with corporate security, GSOC, or crisis response environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in government intelligence, corporate intelligence, law enforcement intelligence, military intelligence, or corporate protective intelligence.
• Experience supporting senior executives or high-profile principals.
• Familiarity with intelligence technology platforms and automation.
• Ability to operate calmly and decisively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• The HSA medical plan covers 100% of the premium for employee-only coverage. The PPO medical plan requires an employee contribution for employee-only coverage. For both plans, Concentric covers a substantial portion of the premium for dependents.

San Francisco, California Pay Range

$160,000—$160,000 USD
