Software Engineer (ML)

Requirements:

• Energetic self-starter with a desire to work in a startup environment.
• Proficient in Python programming skills.
• Experience with Java is a plus.
• Proficient in linear algebra and machine learning fundamentals.
• Proficient with Python + GPU ML stack (e. g., scikit, numpy, scipy, jax, etc. )
• 5+ years of experience in architecting, designing and developing distributed, scalable software.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, TensorFlow-serving and related machine learning model deployment frameworks is strongly desired.
• Experience with modern LLM stack (Fine-tuning, Vector Databases, RAG, etc. ) is a plus.
• Expertise in deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production is strongly desired.
• Prior experience with document parsing and understanding (PII identification, Invoice processing, Document RPA, etc. )

Good To Have:

• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data.
• Precompute or use data aggregation frameworks to achieve a good response time.
• Experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies (e. g., Cassandra, ES).
• Knowledge of container-based development and deployment (e. g. Dockers, K8s).
• An advanced degree in machine learning or related fields (CS, Physics, etc. ) is a Plus.
