-Proporcionaratenciónalclienteatravésdeteléfonoycorreoelectrónico,garantizandounaexperienciaexcepcionalenelusodenuestrosproductos

-Realizarundiagnósticoinicialde lasincidenciasreportadas,identificandoposiblesaveríasfuncionalesydeterminandolamejorsolución

-Gestionar las solicitudes delosclientes,manteniéndolosinformadosentodomomentosobreelestadode suscasosyofreciendorespuestaságilesyeficaces

-Coordinar visitas conelserviciotécnicocuandoseanecesario,asegurandounaresolucióneficienteyentiempodelosproblemas

-Contribuira lamejoracontinua de lasatisfaccióndelcliente,recopilandofeedbackyproponiendomejorasenprocesosyservicio

-Tupapelseráclave paragarantizarunaexperienciasinfriccionesparanuestrosclientes,combinandohabilidadesdeatención,análisisyresolucióntécnicaparamanteneraltosestándaresdecalidadyservicio.
