Job Title:

Auxiliar de Mantenimiento de oficinas

Job Description

Funciones del puesto:

  • Realizar el mantenimiento de la infraestructura física de las oficinas, para garantizar las óptimas condiciones al colaborador.

  • Revisar los equipos eléctricos del edificio y hacer cambios cuando sea necesario.

  • Realizar el inventario de materiales de mantenimiento en la bodega, para asegurar que se encuentre abastecida adecuadamente.

  • Apoyar en actividades de decoración en pisos de operaciones, para asegurar el buen uso de la infraestructura física de la empresa y evitar daños en la misma.

  • Realizar revisión y lectura de equipos como UPS, generadores, aires acondicionados, para informar al equipo correspondiente en caso de una reparación.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años como técnico de mantenimiento de infraestructura de oficinas/edificios.

  • Estudios a nivel de Bachiller.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar en turnos rotativos (incluidos fines de semana y feriados ocasionales).

  • Residencia en Managua.
