Facilitador de Bienestar
Metapa
Buscamos un profesional apasionado por el bienestar integral de la niñez para acompañar procesos en territorio, fortalecer el patrocinio y trabajar de la mano con comunidades, voluntariado y especialistas técnicos.
¿Qué harás?
- Implementar actividades y metodologías que fortalezcan el desarrollo de la niñez y adolescencia.
- Asegurar la calidad de los procesos de patrocinio y sus indicadores.
- Realizar monitoreo comunitario, seguimiento de casos y reportes de protección.
- Coordinar acciones con instituciones, socios locales y estructuras comunitarias.
- Facilitar actividades con voluntariado y apoyar la logística de proyectos y eventos.
Requisitos clave
- Licenciatura en Trabajo Social, Sociología, Psicología, Pedagogía, Agronomía o áreas afines.
- 3+ años de experiencia en trabajo comunitario y metodologías participativas.
- Licencia de conducir motocicleta (indispensable).
- Trabajo en equipo, resolución de conflictos y habilidades de facilitación.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
- Residir en la zona de Matagalpa
