About the Role:

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting customers withenquiries, from transactions to security concerns
Deliveringempathetic, accurate, and compliant banking information
Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, confident solutions
Escalating complex matters to specialist teams when needed
Keeping detailed, accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences
Contributing to ongoing improvements in banking processes and service delivery
