About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Robina, QLD. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and friendly support while working predictable, set hours.

• $28.12 per hour + 12% super + penalties

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound customer calls and responding within service level targets

• Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns

• Providing clear, accurate information and effective solutions

• Documenting customer interactions and completing follow-ups

• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment
