Job Description

Concentrix Payment Services est un Etablissement de Paiement agréé qui fait partie des Fintech les plus performantes du marché. Dédié à la gestion des paiements et du crédit management, Concentrix Payment Services accompagne ses clients internationaux depuis 1984.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, au sein de l'équipe opérationnelle des paiements KYC, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire KYC / Back Office dans le cadre d’un CDD de 4 mois minimum dont les missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la mise à jour de la connaissance client
  • Identifier les clients concernés par la mise à jour
  • Récupérer les documents sur les plateformes dédiées
  • Contacter les clients par email pour obtenir les informations et documents manquants
  • Tenir et partager des reportings

Profil recherché

Une expérience en gestion, administratif et/ou finance serait apprécié

A l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook...)

Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, organisée et autonome.

Vous aimez le travail en équipe, avez un bon sens du relationnel et prenez des initiatives

Basé à Challes les Eaux (Savoie)
