About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality brand and marketing assets across print, retail, digital, and event channels.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling, on-brand creative that supports campaigns, launches, and customer engagement across multiple touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a designer with advanced Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma skills, excellent attention to detail, and solid experience in both creative design and production artwork.

What You'll Do:

• Design and adapt brand and campaign assets across print and digital channels in line with global brand guidelines.
• Create high-quality creative for:
  • Retail display graphics
  • Brochures and catalogues
  • Posters and strut cards
  • Window graphics and lightboxes
  • Trade marketing materials
  • Sales presentations
  • Website banners
  • Retailer digital content
  • Social media assets
  • Event and exhibition graphics
• Develop artwork for large-format and printed materials, including banners, backdrops, product displays, and signage.
• Prepare production-ready files with correct specifications for print and large-format output,including bleed, dimensions, colour profiles, resolution, and supplier requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across typography, imagery, layout, colour, and messaging.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs, refine creative, and deliver solutions that meet both brand and commercial objectives.
• Support continuous improvement in creative workflows, asset management, and production processes.

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and commercial design work.
• Proven experience creating assets across print and digital formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience designing for retail, ecommerce, consumer brands, or marketing environments.
• A solid understanding of print production and artwork setup (pre-press).
• Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
• The ability to interpret briefs and translate business needs into compelling creative solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confidence managing multiple deadlines, formats, and stakeholder needs at the same time.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working across multiple brands or product categories.
• Familiarity with retail marketing, POS, packaging support, event graphics, and sales collateral.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ecommerce.
• Exposure to workflow or collaboration tools such as Asana, CI Hub, or asset management platforms.
