This is an opportunity for an HR professional who understands the pace, complexity, and opportunity of a high-volume operations environment in Ghana and who is passionate about supporting leaders, strengthening culture, and improving the employee experience at every stage of the lifecycle.

What you’llbe doing Partner with leaders to drive business performance through people

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and business leaders on peoplestrategy, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and talent needs.

  • Support a high-volume contact centreenvironment by addressing people-related risks and opportunities linked to attendance, attrition, engagement, and performance.

  • Help leaders align peoplepriorities with business goals to build an engaged, stable, and high-performing workforce.

Champion talent across the employee lifecycle

  • Support key talent activities including attraction, onboarding, development, retention, and internal mobility.

  • Partner with leaders to identifycurrent and future talent needs and maintainfair, consistent peoplepractices.

  • Contribute to succession planning and initiatives that strengthen bench strength and employee growth.

Build leadership capability

  • Coach leaders on effective people management, including feedback, performance conversations, engagement, and team development.

  • Providepractical guidance on workplace concerns, team dynamics, and communication.

  • Strengthen manager capability, accountability, and confidence in handling peoplematters.

Drive culture and employee engagement

  • Support an inclusive, values-led workplace that promotes belonging, morale, and connection.

  • Help shape engagement initiatives that reflect Concentrix culture and resonate within the Ghanaian workforce context.

  • Listen to employee feedback and partner with leaders on actions that improve retention and site culture.

Act as a champion for people

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, providing support with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Help leaders resolve issues early and fairly while balancing employee needs and business priorities.

  • Promote trust, consistency, and a culture of respect and accountability.

Support employee relations and issue resolution

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, conflict, and policy interpretation.

  • Partner with managers to resolve issues fairly, consistently, and in line with company standards.

  • Encourage early intervention and compliant HR practices to maintaina positive work environment.

Enable performance and growth

  • Support performance management through goal setting, feedback, reviews, and development planning.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

  • Identifyand support opportunities to build employee and team capability.

Use people data and insights to inform decisions

  • Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, hiring, engagement, and performance trends.

  • Identifyrisks and opportunities and turn insights into practical recommendations for leaders.

  • Support data-driven decisions that improve workforce and business outcomes.

Ensure consistent and compliant people practices

  • Apply HR policies and procedures consistently and in line with labor requirements and company standards.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation.

  • Promote ethical, fair, and well-governed HR practices across the site.

Lead and support people programs and change initiatives

  • Support the delivery of peopleprograms including talent reviews, engagement, learning, workforce planning, and organizational change.

  • Help implement initiatives in ways that are practical and effective for operations.

  • Support leaders and employees through change with clear communication and guidance.

What We’reLooking For

  • 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in afast-paced environmentwithexperience supporting large or high-volume teamsis an advantage.

  • University degree preferred in Human Resourcesorrelatedfield.

  • Workday experience preferred, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Good understanding of labor relations, employee relations, and core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

  • Comfortable working with HR data, reporting, documentation, policy application, and confidentiality standards.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and build credibility with leaders and employees.
