The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.This position is ideal for candidates who want to work in an office environment with standard working hours. - Experienced in a call center environment (an advantage)
- An active listener with a positive attitude and professional tone of voice
- Familiar with MS Windows, MS Office, and internet applications
- Skilled in customer orientation and service excellence
