The Operational Excellence Project Manager plays a key role within the Performance Excellence organization, supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Performance Excellence Director, the Operational Excellence Project Manager is responsible for leading client transitions, driving operational improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring the effective execution of governance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leads the transition and onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through stabilization and hypercare phases.
• Manages complex regional projects across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and sites, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
• Supports the development and implementation of operational excellence methodologies, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates the implementation of best practices, standardized operating procedures, and performance management frameworks.
• Demonstrates strong project management discipline, including risk management, stakeholder management, communication planning, and issue resolution.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, IT, Human Resources, and other business functions.
• Supports regional leadership with project governance, executive visibility, and implementation tracking throughout project lifecycles.

Collaboration and coordination:

• Works closely with the Performance Excellence Director, Site Leaders, Operations Leadership, and Functional Teams to align projects with regional priorities and business objectives.
• Partners with EMEA stakeholders to ensure project milestones, operational commitments, and strategic initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

• Collaborates with broader Concentrix teams globally to share best practices, drive consistency, and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts

Preferred competencies:

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Italian and English at at least C1 level on both languages
• Experience leading transitions, implementations, or transformation projects in BPO, customer experience, shared services, technology services, or consulting environments.
• Advanced presentation and executive communication skills, including experience presenting to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and organizational functions in a fast-paced global environment.
